The #LoveKenova Food Pantry is now open! We as a church strive to meet the needs of the communities around us and part of that is providing an emergency resource for struggling individuals and families. New Beginnings has partnered with The Christian Appalachian Project and Feeding America, and our shelves are being filled!
Our Food Pantry is open every third Friday of the month from 1pm-3pm or on an as-needed, emergency basis. We are run by volunteers that are dedicated to the call of serving our Lord. Besides providing food, we also have diapers, wipes, and some baby food. Additionally, prayer is essential and is offered up to those in need.
The Food Pantry is a very fulfilling ministry and we are always looking for volunteers with gifts that align themselves with this ministry. Donations, monetary and the like, are needed and items can be dropped off at the church.

Our Mission
To provide quality food and food education to those struggling with the effects of food insecurities in
our community.
Our Vision
Our vision is to see no one in our community go hungry. We believe that as the Church, we should care about the quality of food we give out so that people are receiving items nutritionally good for them. We partner with Facing Hunger Food Bank and seasonally, we grow our own produce that we give away on pantry days throughout the spring
and summer months.
